The primary purpose of this patch was to resolve an issue where incorrect notifications were being sent to Loan Officers when loan updates were made in Encompass.

• Fixed incorrect triggering of “Application Submitted” notifications on loan updates
• Ensured notifications are only sent for valid application submission events
• Reduced notification noise and confusion for Loan Officers
• Improved accuracy of system-generated alerts

• Every time a loan was updated and saved in Encompass, it incorrectly triggered an “Application Submitted” notification to the Loan Officer.
