LendingPad iFrame integration on loan dashboard

The Primary purpose of this patch was to embed/iframe LendingPad's UI within a (near) full width modal on the Loan Dashboard page. This functionality replaces the exiting "Open LendingPad" functionality which opens a new tab with the loan in LP open.‍

Xactus Integration & Mobile Friendly Tools

The primary purpose of this patch was to integrate xactus's credit services so credit pulls can be done from directly within our system. To accomplish this we decided to also make the loan management page extremely mobile friendly, and embeddable into the mobile app for all around easier management for Loan Officers.
