Twilio Integration

The primary purpose of this patch was to Introduced Twilio integration to enable SMS messaging for notifications and borrower communication.

• Enabled SMS notifications and direct borrower communication via Twilio
• Supports both default platform number and custom Twilio account connection
• Added flexibility for customers to use their own messaging setup
• Requires proper configuration and A2P 10DLC registration for custom numbers
• Improved reliability and compliance of SMS delivery
